OKBT Terms & Conditions – Know the Rules Before Using the Platform

01 Introduction & Consent

Okbt (okbt.ws) is a trusted online betting and gaming platform in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between okbt and its users. By accessing okbt's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These terms and conditions should be read alongside okbt's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms. Those documents form part of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using okbt.

02 Account Registration

To use okbt's services, you must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

The following information is required for registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Date of birth (National ID or passport required as proof)
• Valid email address
• Current address

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, household, or device, okbt reserves the right to close those accounts and seize the associated balances.

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect your password has been compromised or your account accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old to access okbt's services. All services on okbt are strictly prohibited for minors. If there is any doubt regarding a user's age, okbt may request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide it will result in account suspension.

The following individuals are not eligible to use okbt:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Residents of countries where online betting is strictly prohibited
• Users whose accounts have been previously suspended or banned by okbt
• Individuals with an active self-exclusion
• Okbt employees or their immediate family members

Okbt is committed to protecting minors. If you suspect someone underage is using an account, please let us know immediately.

04 Deposit & Payment Policy

You can deposit at okbt using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the maximum limit varies based on your account tier.

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days
• Okbt charges no additional fees on deposits
• Any applicable payment gateway charges are to be borne by the user
• Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted

Okbt complies with international anti-money laundering standards. In the case of suspicious transactions, okbt may request additional information and, if necessary, place a hold on the transaction. This is done to protect your account.

05 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from okbt, you must first complete KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. VIP members enjoy priority processing with faster turnaround times.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: varies by account tier
• Withdrawals can only be made via the original deposit method
• Withdrawal may be restricted if bonus requirements have not been met
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same bank account or mobile number

06 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on okbt, you must read the specific rules for the relevant sport or event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, so please bet carefully.

General betting rules:

• Minimum bet amount is ৳10 (may vary by event)
• Odds in live betting may change at any time
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, okbt reserves the right to void the affected bets
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded
• Okbt's decision is final in determining all outcomes
• Winnings from bets placed through fraudulent or manipulative means will be forfeited

Okbt takes a firm stance against match fixing and any form of unethical conduct. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, an account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

07 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Okbt regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming. Accepting a bonus means you agree to its applicable terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 5x–30x)
• A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonuses may only be valid for use on specific games or events
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period
• Okbt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbt platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software
• Registering using a false or another person's identity
• Using okbt for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Using malware, viruses, or hacking tools on okbt's systems
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Copying or distributing okbt's content, data, or software without authorization

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Okbt may suspend or permanently close an account without notice under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• By court order or for legal reasons

To appeal an account closure, email us at support@okbt.ws. If the account is in good standing with no violations, okbt will restore it within a reasonable timeframe.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

10 Responsible Gaming

Okbt believes betting is purely a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We want every user to enjoy betting in a healthy, controlled, and enjoyable way, which is why we have a range of safeguards in place.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from 6 months up to 5 years
• Cooling-Off Period: Put your account on a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders of your betting session time
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit over a defined period

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint between okbt and a user will first be addressed through direct discussion. To submit a complaint, send a detailed email to support@okbt.ws or reach us via live chat.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint
• Complex cases are targeted for resolution within 7 business days
• In betting result disputes, the review by okbt's technical team is final
• If unresolved, the matter may be referred to a third-party mediator

Before taking legal action against any okbt decision, the internal dispute resolution process must be completed first. These terms are governed by international betting regulations.

12 Right to Modify Terms

Okbt reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified in advance via their registered email or mobile number for any significant changes.
